First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with a business seeking a Mobile Survival Equipment Supervisor at their Boscombe Downs (near Amesbury) depot. This is a permanent role supporting the UK Ministry of Defence, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment within a small team, part of a larger international organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and ensure scheduled maintenance, repair, and fitting of RAF and Company survival equipment, meeting contractual requirements.
- Complete documentation according to legislation and company procedures.
- Act as a lead on SE investigations, assist in aircraft ground movement, mentor new staff, and ensure survival equipment is issued and fitted properly.
