Job Description:

Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Heritage Portfolio – London – Up to £42,000 – £45,000

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio around the London/M25 area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and will work in a number of commercial contracts based in Southampton. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm – 40 hour week

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
• Carry out Electrical PPM’s and reactive maintenance.
• Work as part of a team utilizing other skills as required.
• AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance.
• PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics.
• PAT testing.
• General Building Maintenance.
• Helpdesk Requests and assess the requirements of the job, carrying out repairs as necessary.

Package

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000.
• Overtime available (1.5x in the week, 2x Saturday & Sunday).
• In-house training.

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent.
• Testing & Inspection 2391 (Essential).
• 17th or 18th Edition.
• A good knowledge of electrical services.
• Sound level of administration and organizational skills.
• General Building Maintenance.
• Multi-Skilled.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Mechanical experience desirable.
