Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Mobile Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis, covering a portfolio of Residential and Social Housing sites in the Ashford area.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Must have a Full UK Driving Licence; a company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames by dusting, damp wiping, or washing.
2. Sweep floors using brushes or dust control mops.
3. Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
4. Vacuum carpeted areas.
5. Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points.
6. Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use.
7. Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
8. Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
