Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Multiple Areas – Van Mobile – Up to £43,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting several Air Conditioning engineers to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract in the following areas:

• Kent x2
• Hertfordshire x2
• Northamptonshire x1
• Hampshire x1
• Berkshire x2

This position is ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer in a similar role who is keen on progression. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000 with lots of potential for extra money with overtime .

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £43,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform
• Private use of Van
• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• Tons of overtime

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration service/maintenance
• Main duties include service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Fault finding
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Requirements

• AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Electrical knowledge (Preferred)
• Must provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client facing
