We are looking for a Dimensional Metrologist to join our Manufacturing Metrology Group. This group is based in Huddersfield and has a mission to provide confidence in measurement to manufacturing companies across the UK.

Due to an increasing focus on non-contact metrology techniques, we are looking for a metrologist to undertake a hands-on role and that can supplement our skills in this area, while still having an interest and experience in traditional CMM measurement.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Assisting in delivering dimensional measurement to manufacturing companies and being part of research projects into developing methods of measurement.
  2. Developing measurement strategies and carrying out highly complex measurements using a range of metrology tools.
  3. Processing, interpreting, and reporting on data.
