About the team:

Our M&A team has been influential in the recent shifts within insurance broking, driven by demographic changes and global investment interest. We influence and drive deals, supporting broking owners through their business journeys with strategic advice and legal support.

Led by a recognized thought leader, our team is dedicated to facilitating broker acquisitions and exits, providing professional and strategic consulting services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generating and nurturing new broker leads
• Liaising with buyers and sellers
• Advising brokers on growth strategies
• Managing client relationships
• Collaborating with UK consultants to develop new opportunities
