As a BIM MEP Technician at a leading M&E subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in our dedicated CAD team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Technician with 1-2 years of Revit MEP experience to take the next step in their career and grow within a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Revit MEP Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in Revit MEP with 1-2 years of hands-on experience. Utilize your expertise to contribute to the development and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM).
- Services Coordination: Execute all services coordination tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless integration between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM environment.
- Coordination and Sheeting: Participate in coordination meetings and assist in the creation of detailed sheets. Collaborate with team members to address and resolve design clashes and conflicts.
- Point Cloud Scanning: Leverage your skills in point cloud scanning to capture accurate as-built data, facilitating precise modeling and enhancing the overall project quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a well-experienced CAD team, contributing your skills and learning from seasoned professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
