Job Title: Building Services BIM Coordinator

We are currently working with an international, multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Building Services BIM Coordinator to join their team based in London.

The BIM Coordinator plays a crucial role in project delivery, focusing on the coordination and management of workflows that facilitate the creation and management of digital information, in accordance with the project\’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

The responsibilities include ensuring the model is developed to the specified levels of information, adhering to standards, methods, and procedures outlined in the BEP. The role involves developing data sets, conducting clash detection, coordinating models, and assisting the team with model issues.

Key Duties:

1. Liaise with Regional BIM managers to configure discipline-specific Revit Project Templates.
2. Coordinate with Regional BIM and IM managers to organize and deliver BIM kick-off meetings.
3. Maintain the Task Information Delivery Plan in alignment with the project programme.
4. Assist project teams with modelling and detailing tasks.
5. Coordinate with other offices on project setup and delivery, ensuring UK standards are met and risks are minimized.
6. Develop and maintain the Risk Register, resolving BIM design issues as they arise.
7. Manage project content and request additional content as needed.
8. Contribute to the technical delivery of BIM projects, including CAD and BIM coordination.
