Reports to: Media Sales Director (Central & South)

Purpose of Job: To present and sell Multimedia advertising solutions to SME’s through outbound telephone-based campaigns.

Key areas of accountability:

• Achieve productivity targets to meet internal business KPI’s.
• Present a portfolio of Multimedia advertising solutions that meet the customer’s needs and National World’s objectives.
• Meet and exceed all revenue and sales targets, achieving KPI’s in all areas.
• Manage an existing base of active & lapsed advertisers.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through effective lead management and conversion.
• Adopt the National World sales process by recording data and capturing it within the CRM system.
• Use sales collateral appropriately and follow detailed product briefs.
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM systems of all sales and prospecting activities.
• Be proactive in following up all marketing campaigns to ensure a high level of customer engagement with National World products and services.
• Educate customers on new products and propositions that will enhance their business performance.
• Meet group objectives by utilizing high-quality sales material to reinforce the sales message and processes.
• Create accurate information for all other internal teams involved in the end-to-end customer process.
• Work collaboratively with all team members and contribute to shared goals and objectives.

Location: Hybrid Worker
