We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Sales sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Media Sales professional looking for more responsibility to join a growing agency at an exciting time.

Hybrid working after probation, 1 day from home a week

Media Sales’ Core Duties

  1. Work closely with the directors to develop a sales strategy for all inbound sales.
  2. Research the marketing landscape and generate ideas to attract new B2B leads.
  3. Prioritise all sales leads effectively.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle with all clients.
  5. Possess a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience with B2B sales, preferably in multiple companies.
  6. Experience working on small to large corporate accounts and engaging with different levels of stakeholders.
  7. Ability to close leads over the phone, email, and video conferencing.
  8. Proven success in all aspects of the sales cycle.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong connections.
  10. Good experience with CRM systems.
  11. Able to work independently, managing targets and workflow effectively.
  12. Experienced in managing multiple projects and leads simultaneously.
