Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing division within a well-established company. The successful candidate will be the main person for planning and delivering projects within a time frame that meets client expectations. There will be travel expected in this role, with some stay-away necessary.
The Mechanical Project Manager will be tasked with working on projects from inception to completion. A background in Construction or Building Services is beneficial; however, the client’s main priority is strong Mechanical knowledge.
Your role as a Mechanical Project Manager will include:
- Conducting site surveys for potential M&E projects, including layout design, cost estimation, and client coordination.
- Developing and managing project schedules.
- Leading project teams to ensure technical precision in project deliverables.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will have:
- Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills.
- IOSH/NEBOSH advantageous.
