Job Title: Mechanical Package Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Package Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in the mechanical domain, specifically in water-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the management and delivery of mechanical packages within water sector projects.
2. Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and maintain high standards of project documentation.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression and delivery.
4. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
5. Participate in risk assessments and ensure effective risk management.
6. Supervise on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety standards (SMSTS).
7. Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
8. Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical engineering, particularly within the water sector.
• Thorough understanding of NEC contract principles.
• Proven experience in non-infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (SMSTS certification).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications.
