About Our Client
Our Client is a local Facilities Management Service provider with a strong focus on providing the highest level of service to their customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the on site M&E team
- Ensure training is compliant and implemented at all times
- Be the main point of contact for deliveries and attend all meetings while planning and managing workloads/shift patterns
- Planning and management of shift rota
- Ensure all works are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Control budgets, meet KPIs and monitor supplier activity
- Monitor and maximise Health and Safety policies
The Successful Applicant
- Experience of working within Mechanical and Electrical engineering
- Ideally has supervision/management experience
- FM understanding or experience would be advantageous
- Good communication and customer service skills with a focus on providing high service levels
- Strong planner and good administrative skills
