The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator in a company located in Hull.
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 17.00
Responsibilities:
- Manage suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish, develop, and maintain good working relationships with all suppliers.
- Create purchase orders for direct and indirect suppliers via purchase requisition or system-driven requirements, such as MRP or other stock replenishment methods.
- Expedite all purchase orders for direct and indirect suppliers to ensure timely delivery to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Address all Supplier Quality issues via our non-conformance process and work with suppliers until each issue is resolved satisfactorily.
- Work closely with suppliers to achieve agreed performance targets on Quality and Delivery.
- Control, maintain, and manage correct inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Effectively manage slow-moving inventory and dispose of all non-moving inventory.
- Develop and implement monthly schedules/forecasts for all key suppliers.
- Update and maintain all supplier details on internal systems, including lead times, MOQ's, order methods, and contact information.
- Support and provide input in daily production meetings.
- Produce daily reports on actions and feedback.
- Contact suppliers via telephone/email to ensure follow-up for PODs (proof of delivery).
- Discuss with the stores manager for receipting and stock updates.
