Cisco seeks a Materials Planning Manager. The ideal candidate will become part of an established team of world-class supply chain professionals who manage inventory investments to support our customer’s needs and exceed delivery expectations. This position is critical to the success of Cisco’s customer experience and profitability.
What You Will Do
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Services & Logistics Global Supply Planning Team. This is an Individual Contributor role, responsible for timely sourcing, replenishment, and balancing adequate levels of inventory within our Services Supply Chain to support customer needs, within budget.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain optimal levels of stock to meet customer demand & business requirements throughout the life cycle of each product utilizing demand planning software.
- Source & deploy additional products to replenish stock in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify potential shortages and expedite orders to mitigate risk.
- Maintain excellent levels of customer delivery.
- Provide solutions to complex supply chain issues.
- Continually improve business outcomes.
- Adhere to budget targets.
- Effectively collaborate with customers, globally.
- Participate in Projects & Initiatives as required.
