Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for a Scribe for our match and event days here at Anfield Stadium. As a scribe, you are responsible for inputting incidents that occur during stadium events onto an online system. You will be positioned in various locations at each event. Stadium staff will report to you with details of incidents and issues, and where appropriate, you will record these onto the online system.

What will you be doing?

  • Proofreading, reviewing, and revising incident reports before they are entered into the system.
  • Pulling information from the system to provide to supervisory stewards when needed.
  • Developing good working relationships with all roles and positions across the stewarding operation.
  • Adapting to different working paces.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all received information.

Who are we looking for?

Applicants should be able to extract and record information accurately and work efficiently in high-pressure environments. You should be well-presented, friendly, approachable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Desirable experience includes detailed recording of incidents onto an online system. Applicants without a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety will be offered training, which must be completed within the first season to continue working as a Scribe. Note: For roles involving serving alcohol or safety positions, candidates must be aged 18 or over.
