About the Role
Siteimprove is seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Director to lead our marketing efforts, build our marketing operations engine, and drive pipeline creation. This role involves shaping the future of our organization through strategic initiatives, process optimization, and innovative solutions to support marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Technology Management: Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics to monitor performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Data Strategy: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across sources.
- Lead Management: Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and hand-off processes to sales.
- Sales Collaboration: Coordinate with sales on prospecting days and campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, and product teams.
- Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee budgets and manage external relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure activities meet regulatory standards and mitigate risks.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing operations or related roles, with leadership experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Deep knowledge of marketing platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, 6Sense, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven results in driving business impact through marketing operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
