What you\’ll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Implement social media strategy, creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels.
- Oversee organic content creation, delivery and analysis across all social channels.
- Brand guardian of visual aesthetic of all social media channels.
- Organise and oversee photo and video shoots with paid content creators.
- Management of daily posting on Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester related outlet channels.
- Advise on new campaigns, presenting micro-strategies for new concepts/offerings for the restaurant.
- Communicate and liaise with our public relations team to further reach new clientele.
- Community management monitoring and response for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester’s channels.
- Implement regular training with the team to enhance their understanding of our social strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding new strategies.
- Create regular newsletters to promote the restaurant.
- Create monthly reports detailing performance metrics and analyzing results.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar with upcoming posts and activities.
- Monitor and analyze results regularly from social and communication activity.
- Ensure communication with the entire team for alignment.
What you\’ll bring
