Global Entertainment business
A leading entertainment business who I am sure you have followed their journey or purchased some of their items previously are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join their growing Marketing function in London.
The business has been around for a number of years and are in global markets. You will work with local teams to support on Marketing Automation efforts. They operate both B2C and B2B – so will consider candidates from both backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, including customer journeys, triggered emails, and A/B testing.
- Manage and segment customer data to create targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and ensure seamless data flow.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
