Key Responsibilities
- Launching in October 2024, we are seeking a creative and dynamic individual who excels in digital to join DEBUTE as a Marketing Communications Manager.
- This role involves developing creative and data-driven marketing strategies, managing social media, influencer programs, and crafting SEO-friendly content across all channels.
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies.
- Define and implement medium- and long-term communication strategies (press, digital, influencer, celebrity).
- Focus on raising brand awareness for the DEBUTE launch and supporting brand development.
- Create and roll out socially-native content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest (to name a few).
- Utilise consumer data to drive segmentation and messaging.
Social Media:
- Oversee all social media planning, strategy, execution, and rollout.
- Execute social media campaigns, including publishing and scheduling content.
- Leverage social media capabilities, features, and trends.
- Strategise and execute Google AdWords and social media campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with the Media Agency for all paid social platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with target communities through insight-led social campaigns.
- Develop and execute press and influencer programs seasonally.
- Define target celebrities, influencers, and personalities.
- Handle influencers, gifting, and PR communication.
- Assist in PR sample send-outs and sample tracking.
- Process and manage returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate on growth strategy for e-commerce and pop-up channels.
- Plan and help execute events.
Brand Global Tone of Voice:
- Create SEO-friendly product descriptions and ensure consistent website content.
- Conceptualise, write, edit, and proofread content for DEBUTE’s online and offline channels, setting the DEBUTE’s tone of voice and bringing the brand to life in creative ways.
- Create the written content for multiple weekly email campaigns.
Analytics and Budgeting:
- Oversee budgeting, campaign setup, and optimisations with the media agency.
- Build measurement studies to assess social media effectiveness.
- Collaborate with analytics to set and track monthly goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to define the scope of digital campaigns.
