We are seeking a Marketing and Digital Executive to support the Group Marketing Manager in promoting all marketing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Social Media Activity: Develop and extend social activity on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This involves strategy, content planning, creation, optimization, and lead generation.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media and industry trends to ensure relevant and engaging content.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create campaigns including web copy, newsletters, literature, and event materials. Develop briefs for new products and collaborate with R&D, sales, and culinary teams for content creation.
- Company Website: Assist in website development, address technical issues, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
- Marketing Materials Development: Produce electronic newsletters, literature, event materials, and content for various channels.
- CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the CRM system as needed.
- Sales Data Analysis: Use data mining software to analyze sales data, research competitors, monitor partner websites, conduct end-user research, and develop new product ideas.
- Support Activities: Help organize events, liaise with marketing agencies, deputize for the Marketing Manager, and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- CIM or marketing qualification
- Creative mindset with project ownership skills
- Enthusiasm and drive
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in social media growth strategies
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of GA4, email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor)
- Numeracy skills
- Planning and teamwork abilities
- Outgoing personality with relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video creation is advantageous
- Ability to learn company data systems, CRM, data mining, ERP, and marketing software
