What You Can Expect:
This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career at P&G by demonstrating growing technical and leadership skills. You will be responsible for the execution and readiness of Grooming Care initiatives across our sites in Reading, UK, Aleksandrow in Poland, and our Contract Manufacturers within Europe.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the technical and supply chain readiness of projects, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet business needs and influencing strategic direction.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Developing a technical learning plan, identifying risks early, and ensuring timely execution.
- Managing day-to-day activities, including team calls, partner interactions, brainstorming, and budgeting.
- Clarifying business objectives, defining success criteria, and communicating issues effectively.
- Guiding the team to ensure on-time project completion and market readiness.
- Building stakeholder alignment, managing risks, and leading team integration for quality execution.

Job Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
- Experience in manufacturing, demonstrating relevant skills.
- Strong project management and technical knowledge, preferably in liquids manufacturing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Leadership and partnership skills to influence teams and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
