Job Description:
Executive level position, which includes an LTIP to help an already established marine insurance business reach its £5mil growth target.
Operating within the commercial marine space (H&M, P&I and Liability), this is a firm with untapped potential, with plenty of low hanging fruit to pick up globally off the back of their other specialist lines. Already trading globally, this business is looking to go up a gear and inject capital into the growth of their marine division.
You will be instrumental in driving growth, executing strategy, opening new markets/territories, as well as recruiting high calibre Marine Producers Brokers. You’ll either be doing this currently and are ready for a change, or are at the cusp of leadership, are a proven marine producer/marine broker and would like to take a lead role.
You’ll be based within a commuting distance to London, and there will be a natural expectation to travel internationally to meet existing and new wholesale brokers and MGUs.
We are forecasting this role to pay up to around the £k mark plus strong bonus potential and of course long-term incentive plans, but this can be stretched depending on your background and track record.
