Our client is a well-regarded provider of Facilities Services, Maintenance and Construction services to both Public and Private sector clients. To support a new growth phase, we are now looking for a dynamic Managing Director to lead all UK operations.

- You will be a proven MD / CEO with demonstrable success in growing and scaling businesses.
- An absolute subject matter expert who can inspire the leadership team and report to the Board.
- You will be persuasive, engaging and above all, a true operator.
- You will bring innovation, motivation, and leadership and be very comfortable at the top table whilst still valuing each and every member of your extensive team.
- You will be resilient and quick to correct the course should setbacks occur.
About the Role:
Your key responsibilities will be to play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management, and service delivery. You will be responsible for a team of senior managers with experience of managing demanding client expectations. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. You will understand and harmonise all business units, including marketing strategies, purchasing, finance and sales. Employee engagement will be key, and you will have experience of managing large teams.
