The Role: This is a stand out opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join this Silver Circle Firm in London. Within this role you will focus on the full range of real estate disputes, including, but not limited to:
- Breaches of contract
- Commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes
- Compensation claims
- Construction disputes
- Development disputes
- Dilapidations claims
- Insolvencies
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
The team regularly participates in court and trial work, including in the Appeal Courts.
The Ideal Candidate: A qualified solicitor with 6+ years of PQE. You will have good organisational skills, excellent client relationship skills and a desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
