Opportunity to join the growing Transaction Services team of a Top Ten advisory firm. Specialising in sell-side transactions working closely with owners/founders to consider buyer interest from a range of corporate and private equity parties.
Role overview
Working closely with Directors and Partners to manage the full end-to-end deal cycle, from origination through to completion.
You’ll have exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle (IMs, Pitch Decks, Client Proposals, Financial Modelling / Due Diligence, Valuations, SPAs) – with a view to fast tracking your development to be in a position of developing your own leads and managing your own deals & clients outright.
About you
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
- Minimum 2yrs Transaction Services experience
- Able to travel to work in Central London 2-3 days per week
