Manager – Operational Strategy Consultant (DV Cleared)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems? We’re looking for a Manager – Operational Strategy Consultant to join our team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with top-tier clients.   1. Oversee engagements using leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects.
  2. Conduct detailed analysis combining market insights with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  3. Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring effective, credible, and timely communication.
  4. Utilize your consulting expertise and network to generate and win new business opportunities, leading the development of business propositions.
  5. Drive the creation of thought leadership, promote knowledge sharing, and develop consulting skills within the team.
  6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on complex consulting projects, including business or operating model change, strategy development, cost efficiency management, investment decision support, or business case development.
  7. Strong understanding of consulting problem-solving methodologies, particularly as they apply to client challenges in the Defence sector.
  8. Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report and slide creation, presenting, team management, influencing, and relationship-building.
  9. Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with client personnel at all levels, including senior leaders.
  10. Due to the nature of the work, it is essential to hold current ‘National Security Vetting’ aligned to a National Security organization.
  11. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including structuring complex projects.
  12. Clear record of achievement and progression in a leading consulting firm or a comparable industry environment.
  13. Experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy or a mid-tier firm is highly desirable.

Offering up to £87,000 plus benefits.
