Manager – Operational Strategy Consultant (DV Cleared)

- Oversee engagements using leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects.
- Conduct detailed analysis combining market insights with both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring effective, credible, and timely communication.
- Utilize your consulting expertise and network to generate and win new business opportunities, leading the development of business propositions.
- Drive the creation of thought leadership, promote knowledge sharing, and develop consulting skills within the team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on complex consulting projects, including business or operating model change, strategy development, cost efficiency management, investment decision support, or business case development.
- Strong understanding of consulting problem-solving methodologies, particularly as they apply to client challenges in the Defence sector.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report and slide creation, presenting, team management, influencing, and relationship-building.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with client personnel at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Due to the nature of the work, it is essential to hold current ‘National Security Vetting’ aligned to a National Security organization.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including structuring complex projects.
- Clear record of achievement and progression in a leading consulting firm or a comparable industry environment.
- Experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy or a mid-tier firm is highly desirable.
Offering up to £87,000 plus benefits.
