We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Salisbury. As Manager - Business Outsourcing Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage own portfolio of clients
- Manage staff working on own portfolio
- Line manager and training responsibilities for junior staff
- Teamwork with other departments
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with a strong academic history
- Prior experience of computerised accounting packages
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets internal and/or external client deadlines
- Understanding of new standards
- Ability to motivate and train junior staff
