Maintenance Technician

We are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable business who are looking to recruit a Facilities Technician on a temporary contract for 12 weeks initially to provide building and maintenance support to the department.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be working 36.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday, starting as soon as possible.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out repairs and building maintenance
2. Ensuring a high standard of Health & Safety at all times
3. Installing equipment and furniture
4. Sorting out meeting rooms
5. Dealing with onsite contractors

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience within building maintenance role
2. IT literate including Microsoft Office
3. Experience in decision making and problem solving
