Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Annual Salary £35,000

Day to Day Duties:

  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and plan work orders.
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Leverage your mechanical expertise to interpret schematics and logic controllers.
  • Manage maintenance-related project activities with a focus on efficiency and outcomes.
  • Utilise the CMMS System to keep all data accurate and up-to-date.
  • Generate weekly reports detailing engineers’ schedules and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to support maintenance operations.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills to guide teams effectively.
  • Exceptional time management and scheduling abilities to manage complex tasks.
  • Experience working with logic controllers to streamline operations.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software to manage maintenance data efficiently.
  • Formal training in mechanical or electrical systems for added expertise.
