Main Responsibilities

• Operate a Bobst Die Cutting machine.
• Set up the die-cutting machine, insert die tooling, and ensure all creases and waste are stripped to company standards.
• Monitor and fine-tune machine speeds to maintain efficiency and meet targets.
• Report tooling damages or needs for upgrades/replacements to the Team Leader and design team.
• Perform weekly routine maintenance, including cleaning, greasing, and replacing worn parts with the engineering team.
• Learn and operate other machinery such as folder gluers and printers as part of training and development.

Level 2 – Essential and Desirable Skills

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience operating machinery.
• Team player willing to assist others.
• Minded towards continuous improvement.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in the packaging industry.
• Die cutting operating experience is advantageous.
• Forklift driving skills are advantageous due to multi-skilled work opportunities.
