Job Description:

The Generative AI Centre of Expertise (GenAI CoE) at Experian exists to improve our products, internal processes, and daily operations through GenAI and automation. The team comprises ML engineers, data scientists, and product owners dedicated to innovating with GenAI.

As an ML Engineer, you will:

1. Partner with teams to design and implement GenAI solutions, from experimentation to full-scale deployment, including DevOps tasks as needed.
2. Architect and develop high-performance solutions, utilizing traditional ML, large datasets, and GenAI technologies.
3. Lead by example in engineering best practices and promote continuous improvement in output quality.
4. Mentor colleagues in engineering challenges across cloud engineering and serving LLMs.
5. Maintain experimentation cloud environments used by the team daily.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate new approaches to enhance Experian’s products with GenAI and ML.
7. Quickly learn and apply new GenAI concepts.
8. Allocate 10% of work time to continuous learning and sharing expertise on generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python.
• Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
