Job Description:

As a Loss Prevention Officer at Victoria’s Secret, you\’ll play a key role in protecting people, products, and property. You will liaise with the Senior Leadership team and your Line Manager to manage and develop the Loss Prevention process, focusing on people and product safety.

• Security and Investigations – Manage store security solutions, support internal investigations, and handle theft cases professionally and discreetly.
• Relationship Management – Develop relationships with local police and support local crime reduction initiatives.
• Security Tools – Use security equipment and information to deter, detect, and prevent criminal activity.
• Training and Engagement – Train staff on Loss Prevention practices and collaborate with store leadership to uphold standards.
• Communication – Keep teams informed about security policies and initiatives.
