Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leading teams and managing key accounts? Our client's dynamic Logistics & Customer Care Team is looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Logistics & Customer Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will manage a team of 5+ direct reports, overseeing daily operations, imports, warehouses, customer deliveries, exports, and demand planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of direct reports, including coaching, training, and development.
- Oversee the order fulfilment process for UK & European customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and 3rd party providers.
- Support monthly reviews with warehousing and logistics partners, and lead the annual haulier tender process.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the team to meet performance targets.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with a background in FMCG.
- Proven experience in handling key accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Native level fluency in English; additional European language skills are highly desirable.
