Job Description:

The Gastroenterology department based within an NHS trust in East London is looking for a Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology to start as soon as possible for 6 months in the first instance.

Core working hours will be Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00. The job plan will include 8 clinical sessions and 2 admin sessions, with up to 6 Endoscopy PAs and up to 3 outpatient clinics a week. You may be required to participate in a 1:8 Medical and Gastroenterology ward rota. Full job details are available on request.

You must hold a full GMC license to practice with NHS experience in Gastroenterology. Specialist registration is desired; however, it is not compulsory.
