As a Lobby Ambassador at JLL, you\’ll be the face of our organization, shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Greet and direct visitors, employees, and clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage visitor check-in processes, including issuing badges and notifying appropriate staff of arrivals
- Assist with internal/external bookings as required with full meeting room accountability
- Ensure that all meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are set and maintained to the expected standards
- Own and facilitate room setups, including moving flexible furniture
- Be aware of room status at all times and support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring readiness prior to the next booking
- Provide information on available facilities, arrange viewings, and accompany clients on tours as needed
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lobby area
- Coordinate with security personnel to follow building safety protocols
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Embrace innovative working methods to enhance the visitor experience
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a Corporate or 5* Hotel Reception environment
- Independent and self-managing worker
- Strong customer service skills and networking ability
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Strong team player with multitasking and prioritization skills
- Flexible approach to departmental requirements
