- The Loader Operative will work as part of a team to collect waste from designated collection points and return containers as needed.
- You will operate machinery competently and work with minimal supervision.
- Your main tasks include ensuring all waste for collection is removed, assisting residents, and representing Biffa and the local council professionally.
- Health and Safety is paramount, and you will ensure safe operations at all times.

Biffa’s household waste division provides cost-efficient, quality waste management services for 31 local authorities across the UK. With over 3,300 staff and around 1,562 vehicles, our division makes millions of collections weekly from over a million households.
