A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a caring, flexible, outgoing, and loyal nanny to care for their new baby, who will be 5 months old in September. The family currently has a maternity nurse, so the baby is already in a good routine. Mum will be on maternity leave at the start of this role, which will begin as shared care and transition to sole charge when she returns to work next year. There are three older children aged 8, 13, and 16, but the primary responsibility for the nanny is caring for the new baby. The family values a team player who will become part of the family. Experience with children of similar ages is essential.

Responsibilities:

• All nursery duties
• Assisting with feeding, nappy changes, and naps
• Supporting developmental milestones, weaning, and potty training
• Preparing healthy and nutritious meals
• Taking the children to age-appropriate classes and groups
• Playing games and planning engaging activities
• Arranging playdates
• Managing bedtime and bath routines

Details:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7am to 7pm for live-in, 7am to 6pm for live-out
• Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 GPA for live-out, £55,000 – £60,000 GPA for live-in
• Pets: None
• Driving: Essential
• Travel: Yes
• Accommodation: Separate annex with bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette
