A rural estate in Berkshire is seeking a House Manager to oversee the home and estate operations. The team includes 3 Housekeepers, 2 maintenance staff, 6 gardeners, and 1 chef, along with a security team. The home is used approximately 5-6 days per month. During family visits, your primary duties will include serving, hosting, and enhancing their stay. You will work closely with the chef from London to coordinate meals, preferences, and events.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing the house and estate as the main point of contact for staff and family
2. Coordinating contractors and maintenance work
3. Performing formal butler duties during family visits
4. Ordering food and beverage supplies
5. Overseeing housekeeping activities
6. Organizing dinners and events

This role suits a calm, service-oriented individual. A separate cottage on the estate is available for accommodation, with all bills included.
