We are looking for a Luxury Lifestyle Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for the field of Luxury Lifestyle Management.
If you have a proven luxury hospitality and/or Lifestyle Concierge background, with excellent knowledge of products and worldwide destinations related to high-end travel and leisure, and possess outstanding sales and customer service skills, we want to hear from you! We seek self-motivated individuals passionate about providing exceptional concierge experiences for our members, building strong customer relationships, and leveraging your product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests efficiently, proposing excellent options and engaging with members to maximize bookings.
- Understand members\’ lifestyle needs and interests thoroughly.
- Establish detailed briefs from members.
- Research and provide the best options to meet and exceed lifestyle requirements.
- Go above and beyond on member requests.
- Offer tailored lifestyle suggestions proactively.
- Act as an advisor and advocate, facilitating effective communication, including translation if necessary.
- Work with customer satisfaction ambassadors to resolve complaints.
Requirements
- Excellent language skills in professional English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese (HSK Level 5 or 6).
- At least 1 year experience in leisure, hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call center sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Customer satisfaction focus, tact, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Resourcefulness in replying to member requests with a commercial focus.
- Good administrative skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high customer service standards.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in booking flights, hotels, and travel reservations is a plus.
- Knowledge of GSDC systems is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 07:00-22:00, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
