Job Description:

A leading design company based in West Drayton is seeking a meticulous Licensing Approval Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for managing the design approval process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to licensors. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will be essential in liaising with licensors and facilitating the approval workflow.

Paying £30K – £35K per annum depending on experience. This role is office-based, with remote work on Fridays on a rotation basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the approval process for the designs
2. Liaise with licensors to submit artwork files for approval
3. Ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the approval submissions process

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing approval processes, ideally within the design or creative industry
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for submission management
