Job Description:
We have direct instructions from a Partner of a team at a top tier international firm in London, whose Leveraged Finance experience includes working on high profile deals in New York, Europe and further afield, representing financial institutions and direct and institutional lenders, as well as corporate borrowers on cutting-edge domestic and cross-border leveraged and investment-grade lending.
The team is particularly busy at the moment, and the Partners are accordingly looking to add an experienced Associate. The suitable candidate will have at least four years’ experience, some of which will have been acquired in London.
