As a lettings negotiator, you will help tenants find suitable properties, support landlords throughout the renting process—from marketing to negotiation, progressing tenancies, and final move-in. You will provide exceptional customer service to applicants, landlords, and other stakeholders.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

1. Daily management of applicants
2. Conducting professional viewings
3. Updating landlords on all matters
4. Negotiating offers
5. Collecting deposits and tenancy monies
6. Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
7. Ensuring legal compliance on offers
8. Providing high levels of customer service

We seek a negotiator with a proven estate agency track record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone seeking the next step in property.
