Legal Officer Litigation

Our client requires an interim to join their legal department to work on cases associated with a wide range of housing and tenancy related issues. The work will involve creating draft Statements of Case, Witness Statements, Affidavits, Instructions to Counsel and such other documents as may be required as well as taking instructions and rendering advice generally.

In short, the role sits in litigation and will involve taking a case through to court and attending court to represent the organisation. The court appearance is in Wakefield, and most of the week this role will require working from home.
