Lewisham College requires a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified person to take on the role of Lecturer in Multi Skills. The main responsibilities include delivering and assessing high-quality learning programmes in Construction, across various levels of further education and/or apprenticeship provision. The role also involves programme leadership, tutorials, and administrative duties.

This position requires a strong background in Bricklaying, Carpentry, and Painting and Decorating. The candidate must have a proven track record of professional/vocational expertise in the Construction sector. The candidate must be qualified to Level 3 industry-recognised standards in a relevant field, hold a post-16 teaching qualification, and possess English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or be willing to achieve these within an agreed timeframe.

Experience in programme leadership in FE and/or Apprenticeships, along with a successful teaching and assessment record, is desirable. Essential skills include the ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines, and possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as good IT skills.
