Description
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and inspiring Animal Management Lecturers to join our largest division at Plumpton College. A variety of opportunities are available: full-time, part-time, or job share, on both a temporary or permanent basis, including zero-hour contracts. We have an extensive animal collection with a wide range of exotic, small, and large animal species, which is central to our animal management provision, with students learning from Level 1, 2 & 3 to BSc (Hons). Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding and effective theory and practical teaching, learning, and assessment in subjects such as Aquatics and Zoological Animal Health and Husbandry. You will support Animal Management students to maximize their potential and make positive progress towards their success, further study, and employment.
Applicants should have a minimum of a Degree in Animal Management or a related subject. The ideal candidate will also possess a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification or be willing to obtain a relevant formal qualification. You should be professional, hardworking, confident, and a team player. With a passion for your subject, you will inspire and motivate students.
