This Chambers ranked firm seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 4+ PQE to join its established and expanding department based in North London.

They offer hybrid working up to three days per week, progression and above market remuneration.

Freedom, autonomy & flexibility are also heavily promoted, with remote working from home available 3 days a week.

The Role:
This practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate 4+ PQE to join its Legal 500 accredited department, with genuine prospects for progression.
The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work, including collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management, and the right to manage. Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.
