Job Description:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Admin is responsible for overseeing the daily performance and administration of courses within Training The Street’s LMS, ensuring an engaging and seamless learning experience for all users. This role focuses on organizing course enrolment, adding content to the LMS that matches client requests, creating and managing virtual links, course surveys, and certificates. The LMS admin will also handle support tickets, working closely with an outsourced provider.

Employees should be located in Charlotte, NC, US, or London, UK. The role is remote but requires in-office presence for onboarding, initial training, and monthly team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create courses on TTS’s LMS using eLearning requests.
  2. Manage course enrolment, troubleshoot registration issues.
  3. Create Virtual Links for virtual deliveries and ensure instructor access.
  4. Create Survey links for courses.
  5. Create and administer certificates for various courses.
  6. Communication and Support: Address learner inquiries promptly, support and troubleshoot issues, work with the wider TTS team on custom requests, escalate support issues as needed.
  7. Other: Assist with testing upgrades, new processes, plugins, and projects related to the LMS. Collaborate with the Materials Team to keep content up to date.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with e-learning best practices, engagement strategies, and adult learning principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LMS platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or Cornerstone.
  • Project management experience for course delivery and enrolment processes.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, learner-focused.
