We are working on a gorgeous role of Learning Design Manager with a very successful publisher of online course and other e-learning solutions supporting core activities of higher institutions, covering many areas including students’ well-being and mental health, academic integrity, and research best practice.
Joining the Product team, the Learning Design Manager will be responsible for managing and training a team of learning designers and overseeing the development and delivery of new high-quality digital courses.
- Salary: £50,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 2 additional days for cultural, religious, or family commitments
- Hybrid working arrangements – requirement to be in the office 20% of the time (ca. 1 day a week)

Key responsibilities:
- Direct management of the learning design team
- Creating and managing schedules for new projects using project management software
- Leading meetings with Digital and Product team to review live projects and ensure delivery dates and budgets are kept to
- Oversight of product development, providing guidance on pedagogical methods and course design
- Working with the Head of Product on continuous improvement as well as UX testing and processes
- Liaising with suppliers to formalise service agreements and maintaining a list of external vendors’ services and rates
- Supporting with editorial tasks during key stages of product development, including bug checking, editing HTML content, and collating feedback
