This is a great role for a Learning and Development Advisor to work for a growing Further Education College in a newly established function, based in East London with hybrid working. The role offers a salary of approximately £31,000.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will help create a learning culture through the delivery of impactful Learning and Development interventions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation of iTrent LMS and associated processes
- Undertaking Training Needs Analysis
- Planning, delivering, and sourcing a range of development interventions
- Responding to development needs identified through the College Performance Development Review process
You should have experience as a Learning and Development Advisor or Learning Specialist, with knowledge of the full learning lifecycle including Training Needs Analysis, learning delivery, and evaluation. Experience working with Learning Management Systems is also required.
